Well, if you want to make the original salad more satisfying, you can always enrich it with a slice of the most tender chicken, as well as flavor it with grated cheese. So, dreaming and playing with components for the mix, I managed to have a delicious dinner. Well, and since the camera is always with me, then all the stages of preparation of this wonder snack, as usual, were recorded. So now, as is customary, I share with you all my secrets.
Cooking salad with chicken. In this recipe, I want to pay particular attention to the method of heat treatment of chicken fillet, as a result of which the meat turns out to be incredibly juicy and very tender. But about everything in order.

Salad time – 15 minutes, but apart from this, time is still needed for pickling chicken fillet – from half an hour or more
First, on the marinating chicken fillet. From the whole piece of the breast we cut off the amount of pulp we need and cut it into cubes. Shallow here is not necessary – the size of the pieces is about 1.5 cm each side.
Put the meat in a bowl and pour soy sauce, and then mix everything thoroughly. Cover with plenochka and put in the fridge.
I did it in the morning, before work, and on returning home I continued my experiences.
Now we lay out the pieces of meat on a dry heated pan – first the moisture starts to evaporate, and then the fillet just starts to turn red. To ensure that this happens evenly, the pieces should be turned over periodically. In total, it takes 7-8 minutes.
While the meat is gilding, we have time to peel and cut the kiwi into cubes, the rings with olives, and put the cheese on a grater.
