Interesting tasty salads are my weakness. I love to mix a variety of products and get new tastes. Salad Jade ring in my performance retained only the name and design of the kiwi.
Usually I look through recipes for various salads, I note interesting ideas of design and composition, but I never follow the prescribed recommendations, always change something, it happened with this salad.
Ingredients: 1 chicken breast (500 g), 250 g of champignons, 1 avocado, 2 eggs, 50 g of cheese, 50 g of prunes, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1-2 kiwi, mayonnaise.
Time for preparing: 1 hour.
We will do the preparatory steps: boil and cool the chicken, cut the mushrooms into plates and fry, boil the eggs and cool, we will do the rest during the cooking process.
Put a glass or a glass on a flat dish in the center, we will lay the layers around it in a ring and lightly tamp. All ingredients are divided in half so that you can repeat the layers twice.
The first layer is chopped chicken, smeared with mayonnaise. This year I made mayonnaise homemade, and it only added taste to my salads.
The second layer is fried mushrooms, also with mayonnaise.
The third layer is a grated egg plus mayonnaise.
For the fourth layer, take the avocado, cut it in half, pull out a bone and free the flesh from the skin.
We will cut the avocado into small cubes, immediately sprinkle with lemon juice, otherwise the avocado will darken and will have an unattractive appearance.
Let’s put a layer of avocado, also grease with mayonnaise. When this layer will be repeated further, we will add finely chopped prunes to give a sweetish note.
Repeat all layers from the beginning. Sprinkle the top with finely grated cheese. It remains to arrange the salad in circles and slices of kiwi and other green details, for example, green peas and any greens. Finally, we take out the glass and we get a very beautiful ring.
The salad should stand for a while, soak in and you can enjoy a completely new salad flavor.
