It is best to do this baking at the weekend, so that you can have a rest after assembling the cake. Prepare yeast dough from warm water, egg white, salt and sugar, dry yeast and flour. The dough should be soft. Let it rest for 1.5 hours. During this time, you will need to make the dough crush 2-3 times.
