Until now, on weekends, our family traditionally tries to get together to feast on wonderful homemade pancakes.
Today we offer you to bake and taste the delicious pancakes according to the modern recipe.
We add cornmeal, parmesan cheese and chili pepper to the dough. Fritters are very unusual: golden, nourishing and zesty.
A serving of pancakes with sour cream and a slice of lime adds extra brightness to the dish!
1. Beat eggs, flour, parmesan cheese and salt in a food processor until smooth. Add corn, green onion and chili pepper, smash the ingredients in pulsation mode 2-3 times.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Put the cooked dough (step 1) with a tablespoon on the pan and fry until golden brown for about four minutes on each side, salt to taste.
3. Serve the corn fritters with sour cream and lime wedges.
Fast and incredibly delicious pancakes are ready!
