Time for preparing: 20 minutes
1. Sprinkle a large non-stick pan with water or cooking spray liquid. Heat over medium heat. Put the mushrooms and green onions in the pan. Fry, stirring, for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are soft, and then add vegetable oil.
2. In a medium sized bowl, beat the eggs. There add milk and pepper, mix. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Fry until the mixture begins to solidify at the bottom and around the edges. Then turn the scrambled eggs with a large spoon or spatula.
3. Sprinkle the eggs with cheese and bacon. Continue frying on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until the egg mixture is fried (while it should remain slightly moist). Then immediately remove the pan from the heat. Be careful – scrambled eggs are not recommended to overcook.
4. Serve to the table, decorating the dish on top with cherry tomato halves.
