Ham is a versatile product, dishes from which are always tasty, nutritious and tender.
There are many different chicken legs. I have already shared the recipes of some of them. Today I want to tell you about a new dish for myself – chicken legs stuffed with mushrooms.
The dish is suitable for a festive table, and for everyday. Under these legs fit any side dishes that you love.
To prepare 4 servings of the dish are necessary:
Start cooking dishes with cooking stuffing.
Peel the onions, wash and cut into small cubes.
Fry onions in a small amount of vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
Wash my mushrooms, cut into thin strips. Fry with onion for 5 minutes.
Leave the filling to cool slightly. In the meantime, we cut the skin of the legs of the chicken to form an air pocket under it. Try not to damage the skin so that the filling does not leak out.
Stuff chicken legs with mushrooms.
So that the filling does not leak out, we fasten the skin of the leg with meat with toothpicks.
Top with chicken legs sprinkle with salt, spices and spread with mayonnaise.
We send chicken legs to bake until done.
Instead of mushrooms, there can be any other filling: raisins, prunes, nuts, dried apricots, buckwheat with mushrooms, hard cheese, etc. It all depends on your imagination and taste preferences.
