Pork chops are a tasty dish that can satisfy even the most hungry man. And women are unlikely to refuse to try it.
Chops are made fairly easily. The difficulty can only be caused by the beating of meat – not everyone has enough strength for this action.

Wash pork and cut into pieces with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm.
Beat off with a hammer.
Note. Due to the beating, connective tissue is loosened, which means that the meat becomes softer. In addition, the thickness of the piece is leveled and its surface is smoothed, which leads to more uniform roasting of the meat.
Each piece of meat smear with mustard, salt and sprinkle with pepper and seasoning.
Note. Do not forget to salt the meat just before frying, then the juice is better preserved in it, and it turns out to be softer and juicy. This effect is enhanced by the mustard.
Leave to lie down for 30 minutes so that the meat is thoroughly soaked.
Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and heat it.
Note. Vegetable oil enriches meat with essential amino acids and contributes to the appearance of an appetizing crust.
Pour the breadcrumbs on a plate and roll the meat in them.
Put the meat in the pan and fry on both sides.
Note. It is not recommended to cover the pan with a lid while frying the meat, because it acquires the taste of stew.
Turn off the heat and let the meat cool slightly and soak.
All – now you can eat!
