I bought a rabbit here the other day, and there was a liver in it. The seller said that this is an incredible delicacy and I definitely have to cook something out of it. I brought the rabbit home, took out my liver and began to look at it. And it is quite small, 200-300 grams. What to make of it such that was enough for the whole family? I twisted it, skewered and decided to put out with onions in a tomato.

It turned out very tasty! And with a side dish of spaghetti is simply unique! When I tried what I did in the cooking process, licking hot drops from a wooden spatula, I imagined myself to be the chef of a glamorous restaurant that cooks something divinely tasty. In general, the rabbit’s liver went to dinner with my family, like children to school. And I am glad, because it is not only tasty, but also a healthy dish.

In general, I can say that the rabbit’s liver is soft, tender, without the slightest bitterness or other unpleasant tastes. The finished dish seemed to me already sweet. When I buy the rabbit next time, I’ll take it again with the liver.
