15 grams of butter
For the sauce: 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream and 1 tsp of sugar.
Do not be lazy, a glass of fresh apple in the morning is very useful to everyone. We use quite a bit of juice to make our omelet.
With light movements, not for long, beat the eggs so that the omelette is not tough.
Add apple fresh and a little soy sauce. Stir.
Heat the butter in a pan (preferably with a non-stick coating). Pour the resulting egg mixture into the pan.
Fry on medium heat until golden brown. As soon as the omelette is ready, fold it in half and lay it on a plate.
