Wheat cereal with milk and banana, recipes with photos

Wheat groats have many beneficial properties, vitamins and trace elements. Potassium, phosphorus, vitamins A, C and even B6 and B12 are contained in this product. And also wheat groats are fiber, which is so necessary for the body for good digestion.

Therefore, cereal porridge is included in the diet of my child. He likes this dish, and he eats it with pleasure in the morning.

For the preparation of a single portion of wheat porridge, we need:


    The lack of wheat cereal is a long cooking time. In order for porridge to cook, you need to keep it on the stove for about 50 minutes.


    Pour 3 tablespoons of cereal into the pan. We wash in water 1–2 times to drain the garbage. You yourself will see that this needs to be done when you pour 400 ml of water into the pan.


    After the wheat cereal is washed, and the required amount of water is poured, put the pan on the stove, on a slow fire. During cooking you need to often stir porridge, otherwise it will stick to the bottom. As they appear, we remove foam from the surface.


    If a sufficient amount of time has passed, the croup was boiled soft and the porridge thickened, which means that the breakfast dish is ready.

    But before turning off the stove, you must add 50 ml of milk and bring the porridge to a boil.

    If you wish, you can add a little sugar, literally ½ tsp.


    Pour the finished porridge in a plate, add the butter. Give the dish to cool, stirring occasionally, so that no unpleasant film forms on the surface of the porridge.


    Before eating, we slice banana into porridge. You can grate. It all depends on the preferences of the child and the ability to chew fruit.
