Each of us at least once found himself in a situation where it is not clear where to put the surplus of a dish prepared yesterday, but I don’t feel like throwing away food. But experienced housewives will always find a way out! So, if you had a couple of servings of boiled rice from yesterday’s dinner, you don’t need to finish it dry! Better use this recipe, you will love it. This dish can be prepared from scratch – then you will need to boil 3 cups of rice before starting to prepare other ingredients, which will take no more than 15 minutes.
Time for preparing: 15 minutes
1. Boil 3 cups of white rice according to the directions on the package (or take the leftover rice from past cooking).
2. In a large deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat, add garlic, onion, carrot and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add a little heat, pour the rice and salt into the pan, fry for 3-4 minutes. Throw peas and corn, mix with other ingredients to warm them.
3. In the meantime, in a small frying pan with a non-stick coating, cook scrambled eggs. After that, put the scrambled eggs and green onions to the rice, mix thoroughly. Serve the dish hot.
