In Soviet times, semolina was widely used for feeding one-year-old children. She was also often trained in nurseries, kindergartens, and schools. Now the fashion for semolina has fallen heavily. And the world was divided into two camps. Some consider semolina porridge a useless and even somewhat harmful product. The latter still insist on its usefulness.

And what is still useful semolina? In semolina contains a special enveloping substance that has a beneficial effect on the digestive tract. Therefore, it is recommended for people suffering from colitis and gastritis. Currently, pediatricians recommend introducing semolina into the children’s diet no earlier than 1.5 years. Scientists have proven that there is a special substance in phantom – phytin. Time for preparing: 10 minutes.

Working process:

Put 2 tablespoons of sugar and a teaspoon of salt in a saucepan.
Pour approximately 150 ml of water.

And then 150 ml of milk.

Bring to a boil.
