1. Corn grits – 3 tablespoons
2. Water – 1.5 cups (300 ml.)
3. Butter – 1/2 tsp
4. Milk – 50 ml (optional)

Pour 3 tablespoons of cornmeal into a small saucepan.
Rinse it under running water 1-2 times. Thus, the croup is cleaned of unwanted husk and washed from dust. Fill with water and set on medium heat.
During cooking, foam may form on the surface and it should be removed. The approximate cooking time is 20-25 minutes. As soon as the porridge begins to thicken, and the water is no longer in the pan, it means that it is ready. This is a recipe for dairy-free cornless cereal without sugar.
But if the baby is already eating milk porridge, then at the end of the preparation of corn grits, you can add 50 ml of milk, sugar 0.5 teaspoon and wait until it boils and thickens.
