Cottage cheese and dairy soufflé is one of my favorite recipes. It is very easy to make and can serve as an excellent base or supplement for jelly cakes.
I do not always manage to spend too much time in the kitchen, and sometimes I want something sweet and something homely. Therefore, I give great preference to this soufflé, since its preparation does not take much time and does not require preliminary preparation.
Moreover, its basis consists of natural and unprocessed products: cottage cheese and milk. And if you consider that I have these products and homemade, then it is generally useful dessert.
Souffle has a light texture and creamy color. And the addition of cocoa powder and chocolate chips gives it an intense chocolate flavor.
This dessert, I could eat three things in a row and still it would seem a little. Try making jelly once and you will make it over and over.

Time for preparing – 20 minutes.
To prepare this dish, you will need a food processor with a cutting knife attachment, as the curd will have to be crushed into crumb.
If you do not have a combine, then use a blender.
