Cottage cheese and banana soufflé, recipes with photos

It is not always enough will power to eat right, so I found a compromise. If not all the dishes on my table are healthy, then they should be at least harmless. I want to share the recipe of just such a harmless dessert based on cottage cheese.

Curd mass is divided into several pieces with a spoon. In a deep bowl, pour bananas crushed with sugar, add the curd mass. I mix.

Then pour sour cream and gelatin. Beat with a blender for 1-2 minutes until the first signs of foam formation.

I pour it in portions and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Decorate before serving.

At first glance, a banana souffle and it is logical to decorate it with pieces of this fruit. But the ability of a banana to quickly darken is known to many, so I take raisins as an equally tasty and more durable element of decor.

To make the raisins soft and transparent, pour boiling water over it for a few minutes.
