Cabbage cutlets are quite low-calorie, they can be eaten during diet therapy, and also used in fasting, because they do not contain animal products.
Today I cooked just such carrot and rolled oats, and now I’ll tell you about the way they are cooked.

In order for our vegetables to become soft, first they need to boil a little. Therefore, remove the top sluggish leaves from the cabbage and cut it into large pieces so that it can fit in a saucepan.
Then wash and clean the carrots from the peel. Carrots have thin skin, so it is enough to scrape it with a knife. Cut carrots rings, about 3-4 millimeters thick.
Put the vegetables in the pot and fill them with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, until they are soft.
Then we need a meat grinder or blender. I decided to use a meat grinder. We place boiled vegetables and grind together with hercules.
Hercules will absorb excess water and make minced meat cutlets more dense.
If, after grinding, the stuffing seems to be damp, you can add a little more grind oatmeal.
Add the minced salt. I added 1 tablespoon, it seemed to me that this was enough. You can also put any spices – those that you prefer. I added seasoning for chicken.
Now we need semolina. Pour it on a flat plate. We make cutlets from minced meat. And well crumble burgers in semolina on both sides.
Heat the pan. Pour into her sunflower oil. Putting patties on the pan. Fry them on both sides.
That’s all, our cabbage carrot patties are ready! There are better hot with sour cream (on non-bonded days) or with tomato sauce on fast days. They also go well with rice, buckwheat, pasta and mashed potatoes.
