Today I want to share with you a recipe for savory cutlets. Cutlets will bake in the oven with cream sauce, and prepare the stuffing from mashed potatoes and meat.
For some hostesses, the recipe for these cutlets will be an excellent way to apply the mashed potatoes left over from yesterday, but I specially cook fresh mashed potatoes just to enjoy this dish.

To prepare the pouring sauce, the following products are needed:
– 1,5 glasses of country fat cream
– 50 glee oil
– 1 egg
– salt to taste
– spices as desired
– fresh dill
For the preparation of savory meatballs used mashed potatoes, the recipe of which I will not stop. I will only clarify that it should not be liquid (preferably even slightly dry).
We mix the ready cooled mashed potatoes with 1 onion fried in vegetable oil.
Cooking sauce for pouring
Mix sour cream, egg, soft butter, salt and spices.
Dill finely cut and add to the sauce.
Pour savory patties with sauce and send to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes, covered with a sheet of foil.
Half an hour later we remove the foil and bake the patties in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve burgers warm, complementing the dish with fresh vegetables (eg, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers).
