The aroma of baked apples gives this dish a piquancy, and thanks to the other ingredients it is also very nourishing. Serve casserole can be either as a side dish or as a separate dish.

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry sliced sausages on all sides until golden brown, then transfer them to a large dish.
In the pan with the remaining butter, put the celery and the remaining six ingredients. Fry for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Toss the bay leaf and transfer the mixture to the sausage bowl.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Combine the loaf cut into small pieces with the resulting roast. Milk, chicken broth and butter mix in a separate bowl and pour in to the rest of the mass. Salt and pepper to taste. Add eggs.
Put the mixture in a greased baking dish. Bake until golden brown about 50 minutes.
