Brussels sprouts – a very useful product that appears on store shelves in the fall. You can even eat it raw, but it is much tastier to combine this product with other ingredients, such as cheese and bacon.
Time for preparing: 35 minutes (20 minutes of active time)
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. In a large frying pan, which you can then put in the oven, fry the bacon over medium heat until crisp. It will take about 8 minutes. Then put the bacon on a plate with paper towels, and when it has cooled slightly, cut it into small pieces.
2. Meanwhile, leaving the pan on medium heat, melt the butter in it. Then pour the chopped green onion and chopped brussel sprouts, salt and pepper to taste. Roast, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, until the cabbage is soft.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the ingredients with rich cream, then sprinkle with grated cheeses and bacon on top.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble.
