How to cook cauliflower so that it is tasty and unbanal? Bake it with cheese! Tender cabbage, stewed in milk and baked with cheese will melt in your mouth and will satisfy even those who are indifferent to this healthy vegetable!
Active cooking time: 30 minutes
1. Preheat the oven. Pour half of the milk (125 ml) into the baking pan and place the cauliflower divided into inflorescences, salt to taste. Place the form in the oven and when the milk boils, reduce the heat to minimum, then cover the form and stew the cabbage to softness for about 5 minutes.
2. Pour into the bowl the remaining half of the milk (125 ml) and gradually add the flour, stirring constantly, bringing the mixture to homogeneity. Pour the milk and flour into a baking dish with cabbage and mix gently. Cook for about a minute until the flour thickens.
3. Grate the grated cheese, chop the green onions. Half cheese (about 30 g), green onions, mustard and ground pepper, send in the form of cabbage and gently mix.
4. Then, in a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, the remaining half of the cheese and 0.5 tsp. sunflower oil. Spread the casseroles evenly over the surface and bake for another couple of minutes until golden.
