A delicious cake recipe without baking will please even the most fastidious sweet tooth. Cooking this dessert is easy, but take enough free time. The cooking process takes place in several stages. First, prepare the cake. They resemble the well-known potato Kartoshka.

We will need: 300 grams of crushed cookies (such as the Jubilee) 150 ml. milk 1 yolk 3 tbsp. sugar 1 bag of vanillin 100 gr butter 4-5 tbsp. cocoa rum 100 ml. Milk mix with sugar and vanilla, bring to a boil. The remaining 50 ml. Milk, beat with yolk and gently, thoroughly mixing, enter into hot milk. Boil for about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter.

Pour the mixture into chopped cookies, add a little rum. Roll out the dough so that it is enough for 2 cakes and put in the freezer. Little secret – the first cake I immediately roll into the form in which we will make the cake. We will need a shape with removable edges, a diameter of 24 cm (less is possible, then the cake will be higher). I spread the second cake on a cutting board covered with cling film so as not to stick.

The next step is making chocolate soufflé. We will make 2 layers – from white chocolate and dark. For this we need: 200 grams of white chocolate, 200 grams of dark (milk can be, bitter, to your taste) 60 grams. butter 15 gr. gelatin 50 ml. Milk 400 ml. cream for whipping creamy liqueur (type Baileys) Pre-soak half the gelatin in 25 ml. Milk for 15-20 minutes. Then we put on a slow fire and melt, NOT BEFORE BOILING!

Whip cream to increase them in volume. We melt white chocolate with half the butter. If you are afraid that he will burn, use a water bath. Add a little liquor, gelatin and whipped cream to this mass, mix thoroughly. Pour the prepared mass onto the cake and put in the freezer for 30 minutes. At this time, doing the same work only with dark chocolate. When the white chocolate souffle is frozen, spread the second cake on top of it and pour over the dark souffle. And in the same way we remove in the freezer for 30 minutes.
