1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Place the chicken in a large frying pan (preferably cast iron). Sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
2. Put the chicken in the oven for 15 minutes. Then cut in half the grapes and onions, chop the garlic and put in the pan to the chicken. Bake another 30-40 minutes (until chicken is ready). Transfer the chicken, onion and grapes to the dish and cover with foil.
3. Spoon remove the fat from the pan, but not all, leave a little. Place the pan on the stove over medium heat. Pour in port wine. With a wooden spoon, try as if to tear off a sticking onion and pieces of chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the liquid thickens and resembles the sauce. Turn off the heat, add the butter and stir.
4. Serve the chicken with grapes, onions and sauce. Enjoy your meal!
