The other day a friend treated us to two dozen home eggs. We, of course, lovers of tasty food, but I could not think of where to use so much. After all, there were a dozen more in the refrigerator, which usually lasts us for a week, if not more.
My mother gave me the idea. Speaking with her on the phone, we recalled that we had cooked before (until I left to live separately). And then the conversation turned to the pies. Our family made them very often. And such onion and egg filling was very popular with us.
For the preparation of pies, we need the following products:
1) kefir 500 ml
2) 8 chicken eggs
3) a couple of tablespoons of sugar
5) salt, black pepper
6) a large bunch of green onions
7) vegetable oil
Put the boiled six eggs.

In a deep bowl pour kefir.
We drive in the same two eggs, sprinkle sugar and add a pinch of salt.
Stir the mass and gradually add the flour. Knead the dough and leave it to insist.
At this time, we clean the boiled eggs from the shell, chop into small cubes.
Cut green onions.
Mix it with eggs, salt, sprinkle with a pinch of ground black pepper.
Tip: if you don’t like that the filling is frayed when you bite a pie, then you need to add one raw egg to it, which will tie the products together.
We try to fit more eggs with a green onion in the minimum amount of dough. Thoroughly press the edges with your fingers so that the filling does not spill when frying.
