Here it is the third day we have rains. In this weather, you want to sit for a cup of hot coffee or tea and watch the raindrops flowing down the glass. Without delicious warm buns just can not do. Today I want to share my mom’s recipe. Baking turns out delicious, it is impossible to resist.
Time for preparing: about 6 hours.

For making buns we will need:
Short cooking version:
Prepare the brew. Yeast diluted in warm water, add 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour. Stir. Leave for 15 minutes to lift.
In a deep bowl for kneading dough (I used a large saucepan) break 2 eggs. Pour 1 cup of granulated sugar.
We pour in the brew. Add warm milk.
Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Pour flour so much that the dough is not thick, but not liquid. Stir.
Then gradually pour in vegetable oil.
Stir until smooth. If the dough turns out liquid, add more flour.
Cover the pot with a clean towel or lid. Reserve for lifting. After the dough has risen using a spatula we knock it down pans. Again, waiting for the rise of the test. In total, the dough should rise three times.
Then take out the dough on the table and knead with flour until it no longer sticks to the hands.
We roll small balls.
Each roll into a cake, lubricate with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar.
Roll into a straw.
We make a small incision in the middle.
If you like sweet buns, you can sprinkle with sugar on top.
We spread the cooked products on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil. Leave for 1 hour to raise the buns.
After the allotted time, bake in the oven, heated to 200 degrees.
Delicious lush sugar buns are ready. You can drink tea.
