It turns out that in the post you can bake very tasty, and most importantly – healthy buns to the soup with the addition of rye flour and flaxseed! And not only in the post. As they say, there would be a desire! It is these buns that I baked today.
I do not bake them for the first time, and every time I am surprised at how tasty they are.
And yet – rye flour is incredibly useful and even officially recommended in the diet of athletes. It contains a large amount of iron, calcium, phosphorus, amino acids, various vitamins and protein.
And flaxseeds are used by many, even for medicinal purposes. They are eaten to maintain the normal cardiovascular system and the digestive tract.
Therefore, to prepare such buns for soup in the post, God himself commanded! Below I will talk about the recipe for making these buns.
The difficulty of cooking: average.
Time for preparing: 1 hour 20 minutes.
So let’s get started. We put about 300 grams of wheat flour in a cup. Then add about 200 grams of rye flour.
Put 6 grams of high-speed dry yeast and a tablespoon of salt in flour.
Add water – about 300-350 ml and knead the dough. If the dough turns out to be too tight, then add a little more water, and if it is watery, you need to add flour.
Very well manually knead the dough. Although, of course, you can use the kneading machine, but I do not have it, so I use the manual method.
Now add sunflower oil. It is allowed during fasting, but only on certain days (if you take the monastic charter), so be careful.
When the dough is mixed, add flaxseeds. And once again, we rinse the dough well so that the flaxseeds are distributed as evenly as possible.
Leave the dough in a warm place to rise. Since the dry yeast quickly begin to act, then after about half an hour it will be possible to proceed to the baking of the buns.
So, when the dough has risen, mix it again and divide it into small identical buns. Give each ball a ball and flatten it a little.
Put the balls on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil and let them get a little upset. In addition, you can lightly sprinkle the buns with flaxseeds.
As well as using a knife, make small cuts at the top of each bun. This will make the rolls bake better and give them a more finished look.
Put the buns in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. In 20-25 minutes, the buns will redden and be ready. Cover them with a towel and let them cool slightly.
