It should be noted that it is not only tasty, but useful thanks to dried apricots cookies. I think many know how useful all the dried fruit. This is true, because when drying all the healing properties of fruits are preserved (and even in high concentration), since they are not subjected to any special treatment.

As for the dried apricots, it contains vitamins B, C, A, PP – not very much, but the mineral substances (potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron) are so high that they exceed fresh fruits. And in dried apricots there are irreplaceable pectins, which even heavy metals are removed from the body.

Generally, dried apricots need to eat a little bit every day, and then you will not even know about many diseases. This is not to everyone’s liking, so you can make delicious cookies with this miracle.

To prepare you need:

Mix one glass of starch

with sifted flour, add powdered sugar.

Dissolve soda in water and add it to the dough.

Add vegetable oil.

Stir and knead the dough, rinse dried apricots thoroughly in running water and finely chop.

Mix the chopped dried apricots into the dough.

Roll out the dough.

Cut cookies into molds, put them on a baking sheet, which must first be sprinkled with flour.

Put the pan in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. (Everyone has different ways – it depends on the thickness of the dough layer). Care must be taken to ensure that the cookies are sufficiently browned, but not burnt.
