Output: 1 loaf (16 slices)
1. In a large bowl, whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, whipping well after each addition. Pour flour, soda and salt in a separate bowl, gradually add to the oil mixture. Then pour banana puree, stir in walnuts, chocolate flakes (grated chocolate) and cherries.
2. Pour the dough into a bread pan approximately 20×40 cm in size. Bake at 180 degrees for 70-80 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before removing the bread from the mold.
